This comes in contrast with my previous blog regarding an Indian govt website on american server ,India recently concluded a seminar on Cyber Law in which Veerappa Moily, Indian law minister emphasised on strengthening cyber lay and security in India.
Country has been recently under heavy cyber attack from China and foreign powers who tried to infiltrate PMO,Army and NSA computer system.

Indian govt has also put a check on Chinese telecom equipment import on the view of spying and hacking which is similar to the steps taken by European nations where Chinese telecom and communication equipments are already under scanner.
Absence of  law and tribunal on such a sensitive issue has already haunting government ,latest being the example of tapping of phones of various politicians of the country.
