Why Google copy ?

Google is the sole of internet.It is the name which is known to almost all living being in the world and still it tries to copy or imitate stuff working around.I sometime cant understand that a search engine whose name replaced the essence of humanity as now parents do not say their kids to read books to gain knowledge they instead say just "Google" it and still it has to change the way its been doing since it started.

In its latest foray the great GOOGLE has changed its interface and searching facilities to come very close to that of Bing I hope you ,must have checked out the

1. shiny buttons 
2. glassy page
3. side bar
4. options in sidebar
5. images along with web search

These are all result of Google   following the Bing.
More example include the Google Wave which was the most horrifying and useless product that Google could have ever made.In the lines of yahoo conference Google created a all-in-one web forum without any sense or connectivity with any other feature and just turned the table on its head.
Then to give the final shot to its first words words for twitter which came way back in 2006 "Twitter is poor man`s e-mail" it started buzz and integrated it with Gmail without giving a privacy or un-follow option and for 30 hours all the private information of a user were almost public.

I think Google feels insecure of its position but I cant understand who can replace the word Google from the mouth of the people in atleast next 20 years might be thats y Google also makes these delibrate mistakes
